Upgrading the Bolero 4-wire interface to version 2.1.1 cannot be done through the firmware upgrade tool on the web interface. Currently this is only though to be applicable when upgrading from versions below 2.1.1.
The BCD file that needs to be applied to the NSA for the current update to allow connection can be downloaded here.
Web into the NSA using the link from the Bolero GUI and select the General Settings tab. The NSA needs to be in manual mode indicated by the top LED on the unit being magenta. If it is blue, press and hold the mode button until the LEDs change.
Follow the usual upgrade process from this point.
