If you are attending training at CT and haven’t visited us before, below is some useful information for you. This website is our Knowledge Base so feel free to have a look around. There are useful how-to and operational instructions, along with training material that you will be guided through in your training, and always here online for your reference.
Getting here by car
CT have two warehouses with most of the training happening at our E2 building. The warehouses are only a 2 minute drive apart if you you accidentally end up at our Manor Gate building.
To find us on Google Maps click here
Leave the M23 at junction 10 and follow the signs for Gatwick. At the Sandeman Roundabout (with the flyover) take the 4th exit turning right. At the next roundabout, take the second exit. You might just see a CT logo on your left but this is the Manor Gate building and not where you are heading for your training.
At the next roundabout (with the big orange SelfStore building to your left) take the first exit which will bring you into the business park. Unit E2 is the second building on the left.
Parking and electric car charging
There is plenty of parking at CT, please use any available space along the front or sides of the building. Disabled and visitor parking is located directly outside the main Reception.
There are a number of electric charging points at the far ends of the side car parks. If they are in use and you require a charge please let reception know so we can ask our staff to free up the space as soon as they are charged.
Getting here by public transport
The nearest train stations are Three Bridges or Gatwick Airport. We are pretty much half way between the two.
There is a taxi office at Three Bridges immediately on your right as you exit the station.
Buses are more regular from Gatwick Airport. If arriving by train, make your way up from the platforms and follow signs for the “Shuttle to North Terminal”. Once you have passed along the walkway/travellator, There are two lifts on your right which take you down to the bus stops.
Take the No. 10 bus, alighting at Fleming Way East (the third stop from Gatwick). Tickets can be paid for in cash, contactless or by downloading the MetroBus app.
Refreshments
Tea and coffee facilities are available for you to use all day. If lunch is being provided you will be told in advance.
A 5 minute walk away is Charlie’s Deli which makes sandwiches, salads and hot meals to eat in or takeaway.
If you have a car there are supermarkets and other fast food options a short drive away.
What to bring
For most training all the equipment will be provided. You are welcome to bring you own laptop to use or take notes on, however please note that some software we use is licensed so you will only be able to use the computers we provide.
Any training material will be provided for you, though more likely we will refer you to this site to see the latest versions.
On arrival
Make your way into reception where you will be signed in and shown to the appropriate room, or more importantly, the coffee machine.
Reception is usually staffed from 0830 but if for any reason it is not staffed when you arrive, there is a buzzer to the right of the door. If this goes unanswered, stay by the door, we will be coming and checking reception regularly.
