As CT UK shifts from Rental Point to EasyJob, the existing “ICal” / “ops pages” will be retired. While EasyJob offers many advantages, some gaps and wrap-around services are still needed for our daily operations. The new solution, “Ops Hub,” will provide these services.

Current features:

  • Useful links: Replacing link resources currently in the Knowledge Base
  • EasyJob Calendars: View personal and colleagues’ calendars; some users can set ‘Not Available’ statuses based on their company role.
  • E-Days Sync: Sync absence bookings from E-Days into EasyJob.
  • Various Finance features.

💡 More features will be added over time to meet business requirements.

    Couple of questions/feature requests…

1- On Personal month calendar, can start of week be Monday?

2- On appointments, can there be an activity types, called ‘Meeting’ and Onsite Pencilled’, for when we have been verbally asked to pencil the dates of a job by a Project Manager?
