The Makito X encoder and decoders can be factory reset if they’re inaccessible. To the left of the network port there is a hole for a reset button. Hold the button down until the status LED flashes red, then release.
Once reset, the unit will have reset to 10.5.1.2 / 255.255.0.0 with the credentials admin / manager.
When you log in to the web page you will be asked to allow a security exception because the Makitos do not have a valid SSL certificate on board. If you still can’t load the page, you may need to clear the certificates in your browser to remove any old self-signed certificates installed by Makitos.
Once logged in, remove the unnecessary logins from the Accounts page and set the password to createch.
