There is an occasional issue where the Lenovo P16’s will not charge using the Lenovo powerpack, it is not detected and nothing happens when its connected. To resolve please follow these ‘Pin Hole Reset’ steps.
- Make sure the device is off, if it’s not already
- Remove the AC Adapter
- Insert a pin into the pinhole reset on the bottom of the device.
- You will feel it click, hold for 40 seconds.
- Remove Pin.
- Try powering on the device without the AC Adapter connected.
- If that doesn’t work please repeat steps 3 to 5.
- Insert the AC Adapter
- Leave the device for 40 seconds.
- Now try powering on the device.
