Quick test of the throughput of out rental Cisco routers.
How We Tested
The setup was the same for all routers tested. Two laptops, each plugged into a different port on the ISR. The laptops were running iperf3. An iperf3 test was then run between the two laptops, firstly with no ACLs applied, then again with a firewall-style ACL in place to enable packet header inspection.
