Quick-start workflow
- Download the zip file containing the software, user documents and example XML from here
- Ensure CT_Kumo_Config.xml is in the same working directory/folder as the KumoConfigurator.exe
- Double click on KumoConfigurator.exe
- Enter IP address of desired Kumo
- Magic happens
Customising the configuration file
Kumo Configurator comes with a default CT_Kumo_Config.xml which dictates what sources route to which destinations, as well as which labels to put on each destination and source. If there is no XML file present, then the application will ask you if you want it to generate a template for you.
This XML file can be edited, and each Destination is;
- Identified by their ‘Id’ and should not require any editing.
- Labelled by their ‘Label’ value, which needs to be parenthesised e.g “NEW LABEL HERE”.
- Routed from a ‘Source’ value, which correlates to the source input Id/number.
- Each source can be identified by their ‘Id’ field and labelled using their ‘Label’ value.
