In the event of a factory reset, to gain access use the following information.
- Connect the control port on the controller card (labeled CTRL) using an Ethernet cable.
- Set the IP address of the PC to a static address in the same range, e.g 192.168.1.99
- Type the default IP address of the unit, https://192.168.1.100 in a web browser to display the login page.
- Use the default login of ‘user’ with no password
