To retrieve log for support from Lightware MX2 model of the matrix you need to access a subpage at http://<matrix_ip_address>/log.
Enter the number of lines and then choose between show or download log file. We have noticed that retrieving log in Google Chrome doesn’t work properly so use other web browsers instead.
