How are you? No, really. How are you?

We don’t talk about it enough, but our industry can be hard both physically and emotionally. We don’t want anyone to feel they can’t get help, so we have chosen a few of our favourite places to get help. If you aren’t sure where to start, we have a team of trained mental health first aiders at CT who can help. If you want to talk to someone who understands the industry, call our main reception on +44 1293 582000 and ask for a mental health first aider, or drop us a line.

We understand it’s not always easy to take to the first step, but there are always people willing to listen and help. Here’s a few that have helped us out in the past.

Many of us have experienced the devastating effects of cancer, diabetes, dementia and heart disease. Having people of different ages, backgrounds and communities join the programme means we can get enough information about how diseases affect all people. By taking part, you can help researchers prevent, detect and treat diseases.
